This blog is a sampling of my pen drawings and WKU art projects. I create optical illusions in pos and, or neg space by the proximity or overlapping of varying shapes. I use lines, swirls, arrows, curves, or other forms to shade, define, and outline designs. Experimentation in this style has led to my subconscious awareness of asymmetrical balance, harmony, value, and unity.
